Fall Break - Southern Version of Many Cultures (Part 3 -Farm and Italy?)

We had an amazing time on our weekend away getting to Anderson, visiting Helen, and the next day we would head back home, but didn't want the adventures to end.  I debated on if it would be worth it, and we ended up splurging to visit Denver Downs Farm that was nearby.
I wasn't sure if it would be something the older girls would enjoy but it turned out to be awesome. We got there before it opened and they were able to go on a huge tub slide first!

Pillow jumping!
They had a ton of different activities spread out!
There were a lot of people there but it felt very manageable and the beautiful weather made it perfect!
We tired out the many things they had to offer.
Girls got them some lemonade.
Pig races, zip lines, corn pits, candy cannon, and wondering around in a corn field!
The girls and I enjoyed a bit of a spidernet rest.
Lots of other photo opts and fun as well.
All wanted tractor pics.
My tall girls!
I rode on a cow train with Ezra.
Some sports shots and a whole lot of other fun!

After a few hours of farm fun, we headed back to Columbia with just one stop back this time. We decided to have an early dinner stop in Simpsonville where they had a new development.
Bridgeway Station is a beautiful area that has a very Italian feel.
Shiloh enjoyed taking some photos as we walked around.
It would appear that they were still developing the area.  There were some other guests but not many around.
We greatly enjoyed the architecture, and it was fun imagining we were in a different land.
I didn't know that they would be so into taking photos here (or else I would have suggested something other than sweats 😝).

There were all sorts of fun nooks and crannies to take photos.

I do enjoy this new phase of not having to beg for photos.

After the exploring was done, we ate outside to enjoy the last bit of the beautiful day.  They have a food court set up but none of that was very appealing to any of us, so we opted for burgers.
Then we said our goodbyes and headed back to reality.
I did not include embarrassing kid photo sleeping on the way back.  It was a well needed escape to other worlds where we could explore things that we had never seen and spend quality time with each other!
