Bryce Canyon (Day 8 - part 1)

It was Beach's birthday and we were so thankful that we could celebrate on our trip.  The lodge where we were staying included breakfast (a nice break from our normal protein bars).  It, also, had an interesting store to check out.
We then headed into Bryce Canyon again and we chose to do the Southern Scenic Drive.
At the end of the road, you can go on an easy one mile trail which we enjoyed (Bristlecone Loop Trail).  Shiloh's turn for Beach's jacket and Zoe enjoyed an extra layer with a blanket.
While we had no more new snow, there were still areas with leftovers!
This particular area was famous for these trees.
One thing Beach loved about the area was that it, also, had a lot of greenery.  After many days without, it was definitely something to appreciate in a new way.
Silly photo!
We stopped at a couple of overlooks as we headed back to the main part of the park.
My blanket girls 😆...
My nerves were all over the place, as I had made a huge error in planning, and we went to find out if it could be sorted out.....
