Shiloh participated in Rund hard now that it was back again, and Ezra was finally old enough. We had our race early at Saluda Shoals. So cold and not wanting a picture.
They had a new coach this year that was very encouraging and passionate about Run Hard!

They each have a running buddy to stay with them during the race. I ran with Shiloh, while Beach ran with Ezra. While I'm not in great cheer/running shape (there is a lot of cheerleading involved in this type of run), we hung in there, and Shiloh vastly improved since her last time a couple of years ago.

Whole team at the school the following week, medals and all. Thankful that our littles finished and Ran Hard!
