April Fun

April was bursting at the seams!  We held more birthdays (including our new teenager), with a very special new birth day, three field trips in one week for me (two of which were out of town to Caper's Island and Carowinds) and Easter. So some of the other details of the month....
While we are not able to go as much as we used to, occasionally we make it to the library program.
This was was right up Ezra's alley, a time to build with legos.
We were so glad our neighbor friend was able to join us.  The boys have the sweetest friendship!

Career day at school and Shiloh dressed herself as a chef.
While Ezra was a landscaper this year.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A trip to the dentist to get a tooth pulled.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You never know when Shiloh's creative cooking will kick in and she will bring me a new creation...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Game night with our small group...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Happiest of birthdays dad!
Key lime pie has always been one of his favorites!
Homemade cards and presents...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's been three years since I have gotten to go on a field trip with my Ezra!
We headed off to Edventure and he enjoyed all the things to do there!
They had an educational class as well.
It was a fun day!
His highlight was getting to ride the bus with his best buddies!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Shiloh's foot has grown so much, now bigger than mine, that we had to go shopping to find something that would fit her size 10 feet.  This was no small foot.
She was astonished to find some very large shoes existed out there!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We, also, go to celebrate Beach's birthday together!
He got some fun grilling and drink toys!
Happy birthday my babe!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Zoe enjoyed more of her yoga class!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ezra enjoyed a golf birthday date with William and Lauren!
Then off to Chick-fa-la.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When the dinner is so good you want to take a photo to remember it and the enjoyable evening of getting to eat alfresco with your littles.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The elementary school had a festival that all the kids were excited to attend.
The cake walk was a favorite.
The hair spraying, not so much.
They enjoyed the nerf battles...
and many of the inside carnival games.
They even challenged us to play as well!
Ezra got to see one of his bffs.
We ended up staying to the very end and they got to take home some extra pizza, which they were thrilled about.
(Photo bombed.)
Another full months of celebrations, love, and life together.
