St. Augustine Tour (Vaca Day 5 - Part 1)

  I had done a ton of research on all things St. Augustine.  We decided the best option to get the most bang for your buck was to get the Tour Pass, which allowed for a ton of activities in one day for one price.  The hardest part was figuring out the best strategy to do so, but I do love putting together a great puzzle!
Included on the pass was a mini donut stand, Itty Bitty Donuts, so that was our first stop (which the kids were thrilled about).
They were celebrating shark week, hence the decorations.
They loved picking out their own combinations.

Afterward we stopped by at a cafe along the way, as they had gluten free treats that I knew Beach would enjoy (I don't want him to be left out).
~~~~~~~~~~
Then it was off to visit the old jail.
The actors that were a part of The Old Jail Museum did an amazing job and were very entertaining for all ages!
The sheriff back in the day was HUGE!
Hard to imagine living in such harsh conditions.
This was actually one of the kids favorite places from the day.
Fun posters!
~~~~~~~~~~
There was a small St. Augustine History Museum that we visited briefly and took some silly pictures.
Mom is a good sport and made a new friend.
She wasn't so sure about this!
~~~~~~~~~~
Another site on the property was the Oldest Store Museum Experience.
Shiloh got to use an old tool to shuck corn.
Candy sticks to enjoy while watching the tour!
Laundry while rocking a baby and making butter.
Zoe helped in showcasing an item.
Amazing different types of bikes of use over the years.
~~~~~~~~~~
Then we took advantage of the Hop On Hop Off Trolley Tour for our next stops....
~~~~~~~~~~
The Potter's Wax Museum was filled with old and new celebrities....
The tallest Beach has ever stood up 😜
Beach and the presidents.
GW was a little busy to stop for a selfie.
It is always interesting to see how someone "looks" in real life compared to one's perception.
While not our role model, it did make for a silly picture.
Part 2 full of more fun and pictures to come!
